Please check below a list of frequently asked questions that we receive from our guests. 

If you can’t find the answers you are looking for please don’t hesitate to contact us via email, text or simply call us.

Check-in time is any time after 3 pm and departure is any time before 10 am. Early arrival and late departure may be possible for an additional cost. Please contact us directly to see to discuss. However, if you book directly with us we can offer early check-in or late check-out at no cost to you!

We make the self-check-in process very easy and convenient for you. Keys to the apartment will be provided in a secure metal lockbox just next to the main door. Once you arrive at the apartment open the lockbox (using the code provided) and take the key out. For the lockbox code check your emails/text messages. On your departure please lock the apartment and leave the keys in the same lockbox you found them when you were checking in.

Absolutely! You will have exclusive use of the entire apartment if you book with us. That includes the fully equipped kitchen, family bathroom, bedrooms and living room.

During your stay nobody else will have access to the apartment.

In addition, some of our apartments offer main door access which gives you even more privacy and extra comfort.

All our apartments have fully equipped kitchens with all the items that you need for a comfortable stay.  The kitchen includes fridge-freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, kettle, filter coffee machine, Coffee French Press, toaster, oven+hob and microwave. As well as plates, bowls, cutlery, cups, wine opener, kitchen knives, pots and pans. Many of our guests, especially families with children,  choose to cook in the apartment instead of eating out, which is advantageous if you are on a budget or you would like to prepare the meal that you and your family like the most.

No, all of our properties are strictly non-smoking. However, there are designated smoking areas or gardens at each of the properties for guests who wish to smoke. We would like to ask you to be considerate to other guests and dispose of all used cigarettes responsibly.

You will have exclusive access to high-speed Wi-Fi during your stay. All our guests are very happy with the quality of Internet connections in our apartments. A high-speed internet connection also guarantees a good experience when streaming video (NETFLIX/YouTube) to the large Smart TV.

Our apartments are family and children friendly. If you choose to stay in our apartment we will make sure you feel at home. As parents ourselves, we understand that travelling with children may sometimes be challenging so we will do all we can to help you and your family have a comfortable stay. Most of our apartments also have children books and toys.

Most of our self-catering apartments are located on the ground floor, with easy access for prams and luggage. In addition, we provide a baby cot/crib and high chair if required.

Your apartment will be fully made up for you on arrival. Bedding, linen and towels for all guests are provided and already included in the price. You do not need to pay anything extra.

We only use the best quality equipment and good quality cotton linen and towels in our apartments. Similar linen and towels can be found in a 5* hotels, therefore we promise you will not be disappointed. Our guests comfort is always our priority.

We understand how important it is to have a comfortable sleep, especially when you are away from home on holiday or for work. All mattresses used in our apartments are the best quality mattresses used in 5* hotels to guarantee you a comfortable sleep.

Large Smart TV’s are offered in each of our apartments. We also include satellite channels and FREE access to NETFLIX and YouTube. Our high-speed internet guarantees great experience when watching video online or browsing the Internet. 

The payment for the reservation will be taken around 4 weeks before arrival. The payment will be collected either by the booking agent (like, AirBnb, Expedia) or by our friendly team over the phone/email. Should there be any problem with the payment we will let you know.

Our apartments are self-check-in and therefore, in general, we do not accept cash on arrival. We accept credit card payments, PayPal or bank transfers. However, we may be able to meet you at the property and accept cash if that is the payment method that you prefer.

The directions and key collection information will be sent out to you before your arrival date. Please check your confirmation email where we have included a link to the guide book with all the details you may need. Do not hesitate to contact us should you need any more information.
